Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Property Consultant – Off Plan to join our growing real estate team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling off-plan properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through excellent market knowledge and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand investment needs and provide suitable property options.
  • Arrange and attend property presentations, launches, and exhibitions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure successful deal closures and long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated with new project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements (UAE Market):

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in UAE real estate (Off Plan experience is a strong advantage).
  • Proven sales track record or strong background in sales/customer service.
  • Knowledge of UAE developers, projects, and off-plan market trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and commission-based environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • RERA certification (Dubai) or willingness to obtain it.
  • Experience using CRM systems and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is a plus).
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
