Requirements (UAE Market):
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in UAE real estate (Off Plan experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven sales track record or strong background in sales/customer service.
- Knowledge of UAE developers, projects, and off-plan market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and commission-based environment.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- RERA certification (Dubai) or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience using CRM systems and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is a plus).

- Promote and sell ready/resale properties across key UAE areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to clients.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to successfully close deals.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the UAE secondary market.
- Maintain accurate records of listings and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
