Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader – Secondary Market to drive sales performance and lead a team specializing in ready/resale properties across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the secondary market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to close deals and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Consultants specializing in secondary (ready/resale) properties.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of team and individual goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase listings, generate leads, and close deals.
  • Source and secure property listings from landlords and property owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures for high-value transactions.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities within the UAE secondary market.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE real estate, with strong exposure to the secondary market.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in property sales, listings acquisition, and deal closures.
  • Strong knowledge of key UAE areas, property types, and market trends.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • RERA certification (Dubai) or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage a team under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems and real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  • Excellent command of English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Established client database and strong network in the UAE market is an advantage.

Job Title: Sales Director – Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and drive the overall sales performance of our real estate operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both off-plan and secondary markets, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and scale multiple sales teams (Off Plan & Secondary Market) to achieve revenue targets.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion strategies within the UAE.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and development of sales managers and team leaders.
  • Ensure high standards of client service, professionalism, and compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and support closing of strategic deals.
  • Implement and optimize CRM systems, sales processes, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements (UAE Market):

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE.
  • At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Sales Director / Head of Sales / Sales Manager).
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million AED revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in both Off Plan and Secondary Market.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Established network with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • RERA certification (Dubai) or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages is a strong advantage).
