Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader – Off Plan to lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team specializing in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Off Plan Property Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on off-plan projects across the UAE.
- Build strong relationships with developers and maintain up-to-date knowledge of new launches and projects.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular training sessions.
- Ensure high-quality client service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and project launches.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
- Support team members in closing deals and handling high-value clients.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE real estate, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role (Off Plan).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in off-plan properties.
- Strong knowledge of UAE developers, projects, and market trends.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic and other languages is a plus).
- Strong network of clients and investors in the UAE market.
- RERA certification (Dubai) is an advantage.
